EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Datuk Dr. Syed Hussain is one of the prominent Human Resources Management expert in Malaysia, sitting in various National Level Human Resources Council such as Industrial Court of Malaysia, Human Resource Development Fund, Malaysian Employers Federation, National Labour Advisor Council, Vice President of Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management, Fellow of Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management, Member of Malaysian Institute of Public Relations, Member of Malaysian Institute of Management, Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance, Barons Who’s Who in Asia, Fellow of Barons USA and Associate Member of the Commonwealth Magistrates & Judges Association (2001).
He is also currently serving as the President of the Malaysian Employers Federation and a member of the Board of the Employer’s Provident Fund as an Employers representative. Additionally, Datuk Dr. Syed Hussain bin Syed Husman, JPN is also appointed to the Ahli Majlis Negara Bagi Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (MNKKP), the Advisory Council of Malaysian Society for Occupational Health and Safety (MSOSH), National Wages Consultative Council (NWCC), Ahli Majlis Penasihat Buruh Kebangsaan (NLAC), Ahli Majlis Pekerjaan Negara (MPV) and Ahli Majlis TVET Negara (MTVET).
Datuk Dr. Syed Hussain has worked in established multinational companies and was instrumental in changing the perspective of Human Resources in those organizations through benchmarking to global standards. Some of the achievements were development of Strategic Leadership, acted as a catalyst in creating a new Organization, restructuring of HR Department to meet new demands, etc. Datuk Dr. Syed Hussain's strength are in handling various critical Audits in multinational organizations, especially, related to Human Resources Management and Administration and in providing recommendations to strengthen the Organizations against industry standards.
DIRECTOR / HEAD OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
Datin Rohayah Ali is a prominent figure especially in the Corporate Industries as a result of her tenure with the Tourism Industries. She has done extensive traveling to the various part of the world especially in her mission to promote Malaysia as a Tourism destination.
As an Assistant Director for the Tourism Board of Malaysia, she was responsible for Planning & Coordinating Advertising Activities on Malaysia Tourism Products for International Market. She coordinated various tourism activities in Malaysia to ensure they are well covered during the entire calendar year. She has to work closely with all the Malaysian State Governments to ensure those tourism activities has their own attractions and not clashing with one another.
Besides that, Datin Rohayah was also responsible to enhance image of the board and tourism industry through public relations program and activities especially during her tenure with Public Relations Department. As part of her work scope, she has to conduct corporate briefings and overseas production of annual report for the board.
She also had a very short stint in Marketing Department where she was responsible for planning & coordinating basic training courses, refresher courses, foreign language courses and seminars for tourist guides, tourism frontlines and chalet operators.
A graduate with Masters in Business Administration from Western Illinois University, USA in 1986, Datin Rohayah was appointed as Director for Baytech Resources in November 2006.
